On 20, 21 and 22 of July 2015 the Italian Aerospace Research Centre (CIRA) in Capua, near Caserta, hosted the “First national workshop on technologies for mini and micro satellites: Ideas, Projects and Perspectives”, organised by CIRA, in collaboration with ASI (Italian Space Agency) and ESA (European Space Agency).
Among the participating companies was present also Altran Italia: on 21 of July Paolo Bravetti, System Architect of ASD-R Industry, has presented the idea of the project THETIS, for the study of a hyperspectral sensor for "remote sensing".
The goal of workshop was to define and map the state of national technologies for mini and micro satellites and gather community ideas for the future development of the industrial sector. At CIRA it will be possible to see an exhibition of hardware and products.
